These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Cycle Calculators (the “Site”), including every calculator, page and any affiliate or product link. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational project. It publishes simplified estimates for bike fit, gearing, wheels, tires, suspension and training numbers. Nothing on the Site is a professional bike fit, a manufacturer torque sheet, or a guarantee that a tire, spoke or chain will fit your frame.

2. Bicycle, fit and mechanical disclaimer

All calculators on this Site — frame size, saddle height, stem, gearing, chain length, spoke length, tire pressure, suspension, rotor size and watts — are for educational and informational purposes only. They are simplified mathematical estimates, not professional advice of any kind.

Results can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or inapplicable to your bike. You must independently verify every figure: chain length before you cut, spoke length before you lace, tire and rim compatibility including hookless pressure limits before you inflate, and the torque printed on the part before you tighten it. A poorly assembled bicycle can fail and cause serious injury.

Calorie, hydration and training figures are not medical, dietary or coaching advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your nutrition or training load.

You assume all risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rafał Stybliński and any authors, contributors and affiliates assume zero liability for property damage, injury, death, business interruption, financial loss, or data inaccuracies arising out of or related to the use of, or reliance on, these tools or their outputs.

3. Assumption of risk and exclusion of liability

You use the Site, the calculators and any linked products entirely at your own risk. Cycling, bicycle maintenance and training carry inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator named above disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not abuse the Site, disrupt it, crawl it harmfully, or present results as a bike fit or workshop sign-off we performed.

6. Intellectual property

Text, layout and code are provided so you can use the public calculators. Do not copy the Site as a competing service. You may use individual results for your own planning.

7. Privacy

Cookies, analytics and the stored unit preference are described in the Privacy Policy. The calculators work without analytics cookies.

8. Changes

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update is acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms and disputes related to the Site are governed by the law of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence cannot be waived.

10. Language

The English version governs use of the English pages. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force.
